some questions about contact

I use contact/group in hypermesh 2024.1. I don't know differences among this four types('stick' 'slide' 'freeze' and 'auto') , especially 'auto'. And what is 'morient' meaning and this four types meaning? which items are necessary and strongly required and the other remaining default? Is there any tutorial I can refer to?
