Why cant I see the planes to make a sketch on?

In this window (screenshot) I have pressed the "new sketch"-button and the program says "Select a face or plane as the sketch plane."

Where are the planes?

Yesterday when I used inspire, they were there. Now they are gone. If I right click on the Global X in the model browser, the program crashes

PC specs (if it matters):
Lenovo laptop
Windows 10
AMD 4600h
Nvidia 1650TI
16GB DDR4

    Hi @ionnight,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with creating this sketch today. Obviously, the outcome should be like the following image:

    image.png

This could potentially be caused by graphics issues with your computer. Please ensure that your graphics driver is recently updated and that your graphic card settings are set to "Best Performance" and not "Best Appearance" (Start » Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows » Visual Effects » Adjust for best Performance).

Additionally, you can try to update to Inspire 2025.0 for the most recent release.

    Hope this helps!

It looks like I started the wrong file. Something called ExecWinEnvInsp.exe launches the program, but only the visuals, nothing else works.

    Hi @ionnight,

I'm glad you were able to successfully open your model. Was "ExecWinEnvInsp.exe" being called when you open Inspire through the Start Menu? Or were you launching that from the installation directory?

    Hope this helps!
