Problem opening .log file for Hypermesh CFD

I have run a simulation in Hyperworks CFD but when I try to open the .log file it comes up with an error. I've attched the error message.

I've tried a few things like ensuring all the relevant files are in the same location and trying to covert the file but it couldn't load the data to do that.

Any possible solutions would be appreciated

    Could you please attach the .Log file here - along with the complete path/directory structure to the problem directory (where the .Log file and ACUSIM.DIR reside)?

    I ran it again saving in a new file and it now opens fine, thanks
