Access to Hypermesh eLearning courses

Hello. My name is Nikhil Myadam. I am unable to launch the modules of the Hypermesh eLearning courses (i.e. Getting Started with HyperMesh v2024 and Altair HyperMesh for Pre-Post Processing v2024). I tried multiple times but I could not access any of the modules of these courses.
I would appreciate your help in this regard.
Thanks.

    Hi @NikhilMyadam26,

Are you having trouble logging into the eLearning homepage or does the Launch Module button not direct you to the appropriate page? (See below)

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Adam.
I am able to login to the 'eLearning homepage'. But when I open the course and click the 'Launch module' button, it does not direct to appropriate page.
Its happening with both the courses I mentioned.

I am also having the same issue. Maybe there is an issue on Altair's side…

    Hi @NikhilMyadam26 and @Gauthier_mlhrb,

I am able to successfully load the Getting Started with HyperMesh v2024 modules, so it does not appear to be a broken link.

You may need to clear the cookies and cache of your web browser and try again. Alternatively, you could try a different browser.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello,

I can indeed access it now without having done anything… Maybe it was down on altair's side?

    Hi @GTT Adam,
Yes, I have cleared the cookies and browser cache. It briefly did not work.
Now, it seems to be working. I am able to launch the modules of both the courses. Just like with @Gauthier_mlhrb.
    Thanks for the support.
