I am doing model analysis of Frame but i am facing a error that unable to converge due to numerical instability, id 18.
i have check model every perspective like contact welding still same error is coming

It sounds like your issue might be related to the geometry of the CAD model. Before proceeding with meshing, I recommend running a geometry check using the Geometry menu in HyperWorks.
To do this:
Import your CAD file into HyperWorks.
Navigate to the Geometry tab in the top menu.
Click on Validate to initiate the geometry check.
Carefully review the generated report — pay particular attention to any free edges, unclosed shells, self-intersections, or sliver surfaces, as these can negatively impact the solver's convergence.
Once the validation confirms there are no critical geometry issues, you can confidently proceed with the remaining steps in your FEA model setup.
