How to resolve EDEM license error 1 and error code 9

When I run EDEM as shown in the attached file, license error 1 and error code 9 appear and it does not run. What is the solution?

Hi Kim,
Can you please check below points
- Is license file validity expired, if so please contact Altair account Manager
- If license file is not expired and if you able to open EDEM session then what changes you made can you please elaborate here

This is the window to find and download EDEM from the Altair Marketplace. After downloading EDEM, I went into the License Manager and downloaded and ran License Manager 2025.0 at the top.
