I'm trying to calculate porosity and tortuosity using EDEM output, either through EDEMpy or Analyst. Could anyone suggest if these calculations are available and how to implement them?

We have the option please reach out to Senthil "sarumugam@altair.com" he will provide you the access to capture tortuosity.
Porosity can be calculated using bins and even Continuum analysis.
