I tried adding the Cooler in three versions of Inspire Cast (You can see details in the .ppt file)
So, does this mean all old versions have an error in calculating the metal mass in the Shot Sleeve?

That is correct. Older versions had a bug with changed values in shot sleeve if cooler is added. The mass in shot sleeve should remain as it is if cooler is added shown in latest version. shot sleeve mass should be independent to the cooler system.
