Student license activation

Hello

Trying to get some help on this. I posted a few days ago.

I'm trying to acitivate my student license, but keep coming up with this error. I'm on a Mac. I have an activation key, but at no point during the download process from the Marketplace was I asked for the license number.

    This is not a student license issue, it is an installation issue, does this issue persist?
