i am attaching the file kindly help me as i donot understand what the issue is because it is opening in CATIA

I was able to open your model without issue using Inspire v2024.1
I did correct the filename to Assembly_2_0.stp first, but as you can see the file opens as expected:
What product were you using to open the STL?
