i cannot open my STEP file in altair,when i do so nothing appears,the mass shows up as 0 kg

Hi @fatima16,

I was able to open your model without issue using Inspire v2024.1

I did correct the filename to Assembly_2_0.stp first, but as you can see the file opens as expected:

What product were you using to open the STL?
