Hi, everyone. I recently installed S-Timer and activated the software with the Student Edition license key. Unfortunately, when I ran the software, it showed an error message. I tried to reinstall it to resolve the problem, but it didn't work.

What should I do? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for reaching out.

We'd like to confirm just a thing. Can you please confirm if you have the following file on your PC? It should be saved at: C:\Program Files\S-FRAME Software\S-FOUNDATION 2025

We’d also suggest that you download, and unzip the following file, and run it on your computer. It will ensure there is no missing Directx function on your PC.
