Need Help with Adjusting each Mold Piece size and Temperature in PolyFoam Simulation

I'm currently working on a project where I'm using PolyFoam to simulate a 3-piece mold design for a single seat. The design I have splits the seat into 3 parts. However, when I open the mold in PolyFoam, the mold pieces overlap, which prevents me from adjusting each mold piece's temperature individually.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How can I achieve the desired size for each mold piece without overlap, so that I can set different temperatures for each part?
I appreciate any tips or guidance you can provide!
