I am a student designing a complex geometry in carbon fiber using Hypermesh, so each ply needs to be divided into multiple patterns to achieve the desired shape. My question is whether there is a tool that allows splitting this ply into different patterns. I have tried using Kinematic Drape, but it seems this option is not available.

did you try to create laminates and plies from composite browser. This should answer your need. As a starter you can rely on our playlist for composite modeling:
