Hello @Abhishek_B ,
I would recommend to test the tool again with shortest paths for your different input files. Also, what if you load a FE model as Model File and your h3d file as result file in HyperView?
Last, is there any chance you have access to a more recent version of HyperView (seems you are using 2022.3 or lower)? If so, do you face the same error message?
