Problem with BatchMesher - status stuck on Pending

Hi! I'm following the Batch Meshing tutorial from Altair's website and have some issues with BatchMesher. The Pre-Run procedure is marked as "Done", but the rest have been marked as "Pending" for over 10 minutes now. For a few seconds after the Pre-Run procedure was marked as "Done", some of the others were marked as "Working", but were quickly changed back to "Pending". I've tried to cancel the procedure and repeat the previous steps, but the problem persists. What should I do?

Hello @elinskoeld ,
were you able to suspend the job that did not terminate (you should be able through right click on a given job), then to start them again?
