HELP IN MESHING

i have a small model needed to mesh (file .iGS below). my professor asked me to mesh it with the parameters in check panel pic below. He also asked me to make that without any fail element. i had try many ways, aslo read the instructions in Hyper Work's tutorial too but still could not handle problems with bad elements. does anybdoy have documents , video or something else about meshing, how to mesh well, how to get high quality mesh . If it is possible, please give me some advices with my model. Thanks you very much

Here i attached snap and .hm file check it , i made a simple part of our model into quarter part you do mesh mapped in that model after you can easily meshed. after complete mesh reflected your model in all direction and you get good mesh .
