Travel Compliance Marker error with MotionSolve when conducting a K&C test

Hey guys, I am facing an issue where i am getting an error for travel compliance, it says" travel compliance is too low , this indicates a wrong market used to lock spring travel" where can I find the marker that the error is talking about, and how do I go about rectifying this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @vishalse,

I believe the entity you are looking for is described in the Message Window (bottom of screen) as travel_compliance_renamed_l. Use the search bar in the Model Browser (left side of screen) to look for that entity.

It looks like your shock lower (orange) is horizontal, so the calculated compliance is possibly evaluating as zero.

Can you attach the model as a model archive here (File » Export » Model » Archive Model & Create Zip File) so we can take a look at it too?

Hi Adam, thanks for your swift reply, the orange member is part of the knuckle and steering controls, I tried searching for "travel_compliance_renamed_1" but couldn't find any variable.

However I am attaching the compressed zip file of the model here so that you can take a look.

Hi @vishalse,

Upon opening your model, I am presented with several error messages.

Mainly, when you try to run the model you see the following:

I notice your model does not feature tires but is trying to complete the KnC event with the tire connection selected. Is your model supposed to feature tires?
