With same settings it works fine on my colleagues laptop. i am getting what is the real issue with the solver. i have tried to reinstall it few times. but problem persists.

The Run Summary mentions that it is encountering a license error:
Can you go to File » Licensing and check the status of your license?

I see this attempt was done using the Compute Console.
Are you able to complete runs from within HyperMesh, or is the license error found there as well?
my hypermesh works fine. problem occurs only in compute console
