Is is possible to simulate directional solidification by using invesment casting in inspire cast ?

Hello, my name is Fatih and I am a manufacturing engineering student. I am currently trying to simulate the turbine blade casting process for my school project. My goal is to simulate directional solidification using investment casting and to achieve this I need to directionally solidify the turbine blade by pulling my mold from the heated furnace towards the cooling zone and I need to be able to adjust the withdrawal speed. I have been trying to model this process but haven't found a way. Any tips would be great!

    Hi Fatihhan,

    Unfortunately, Inspire Cast does not have feature to replicate the process you mentioned. It has linear cooling for Investment casting mold to defined ATM temperature.
