S-Timber not running

Hello, I installed S-Timber on my new device and now I cannot open it. it gives me this error. What can I do to solve the problem?

    Thank you for reaching out. We reviewed your license status and everything seems to be working just fine. Could you please share more info about your new machine? Like if you are using a different OS? Or if you can run other Altair tools?

    This is the information about my new laptop. I haven’t tried any other Altair tools on it yet

    Thank you for sharing this information with us. Everything seems in order. Can you please try other Altair tools?

    Doing this, we can know if the issue is somewhat related to the new machine, or S-TIMBER only.

    I also tried running S-Foundation and encountered the same error. Do I need to install a specific tool?
