S-Timber not running

Hello, I installed S-Timber on my new device and now I cannot open it. it gives me this error. What can I do to solve the problem?

    This is the information about my new laptop. I haven’t tried any other Altair tools on it yet

    Thank you for sharing this information with us. Everything seems in order. Can you please try other Altair tools?

    Doing this, we can know if the issue is somewhat related to the new machine, or S-TIMBER only.

    I also tried running S-Foundation and encountered the same error. Do I need to install a specific tool?
