How to use specific SAS PROC, like PROC LCA, PROC LTA, PROC TRAJ

I would like to know how to use procedures that are not native SAS procedures, they are packages developed for SAS that need to be installed.

Examples include PROC LCA, PROC LTA: https://www.latentclassanalysis.com/software/proc-lca-proc-lta/

PROC TRAJ: https://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/bjones/download.htm

The ad-hoc procedures mentioned above do not work because they are not recognised.

I haven't found any support indicating whether it was possible to use this type of specific procedure, or how to install them.
