Problem about undo

if ihave done cfd model meshing and wrapping and after doing and saving and after closing my project I had learned about my meshing is intersecting so I have to delete all my previous stepso is their any shortcut way that we can access steps which we have done earlier without doing undo option like a cad model where we can access every steps by tree chart please let me
