Hypermesh installer error

Hello, I have this problem: When I install the Master Installer of Hypermesh, it installs correctly, but when I open it, the loading screen appears as expected, and then nothing happens. Once the loading is complete, it doesn’t do anything, and nothing else opens.

It happens with hw2024.1_win64.exe and with hwDesktop2024.1_win64.exe

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with the installation. Here are some tips to help:

    1. Do you have any older versions of HyperMesh Desktop installed? You may need to run the HWCleanup utility as some older preferences may be causing issues. Please launch the C:\Program Files\Altair\2024.1\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup\HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat to purge any settings.
    2. If you are planning on using MotionView, you will also need to download the Mechanical Solvers 2024.1. Please also download the executable, uninstall HyperMesh Desktop, and then try the HyperMesh Products Installer to install both HyperMesh Desktop and the Solvers at the same time.
    3. Are you trying to install this somewhere other than the default directory? If so, please try the default paths (C:\Program Files\Altair\2024.1\) to ensure a smooth installation.
