im facing a problem when i import the dynain file i get these results i fixed the direction but it goes all the way down or up like it is shown, it seems like the contact isnt there knowing that this is a tutorial file HM-4650

this is not obvious from a single screenshot to identify what went wrong when you followed the tutorial. If your company has an Altair license, I would recommend that you submit a support request with the hm file so that we can have a look at your model and understand where there could be a possible mistake
