Impedance Measurement of PCB trace and Motors

Hi All,

 

I am struggling with a model which has multiple cable harnesses connected to very complex multilayered PCBs, cooling fan etc. In order to simulate the model, I need the input impedance of those motors, PCB traces. Anyone have any experience on how to measure these impedance characteristics (with VNA etc.)?
