Hi Andy,Even if one has been set, the row limit should not affect the export. It seems unusual that;a) The row limit is so low at 81 and 87b) The limit has changed between exports. Is it possible to add a 2nd export to csv? Does this create the expected number of rows? If you are already exporting csv, please try using a different file extension or test an alternative format such as xlsx (assuming you don't genuinely have too many rows for such a format!)If csv is OK and the preferred format is not, then please provide details on the export format you are using. It may be best to open a support call at that stage.Regards,Steve.------------------------------Steve CaielsProfessional ServiceDatawatch Corporation+44 203 868 0253-------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Message:Sent: 01-24-2019 05:21 PMFrom: Andy CopelandSubject: Row count exceeds maximum records (81) for this format.Running export job Export1Export job Export1: Failed - Export1 Row count exceeds maximum records (81) for this format. On 1-21-19 and before the Automator ran perfectly for this project. Job completed without errors. Then on 1-22-19 I started getting this error message:"Row count exceeds maximum records (87) for this format".In the help file I found this information regarding a Row Count Limit."These options are provided to allow you to place an absolute limit on the number of records available to the table window. You can use this feature to perform auditing, where you might want to work with only a sample of the available data, or you might use this feature when defining summaries and calculated fields (by limiting the amount of data, Monarch will build calculated fields and summaries faster). After you complete your summary or calculated field definitions, you can remove the limit to work with all data."I am using Datawatch Monarch version 15.3.0.9284Thank you for your help.------------------------------Andy CopelandAccountantUmpqua BankWA509-842-1849------------------------------"
I added a second export in csv format. The project exported correctly with the full number of rows. Everything I do is in xlsx format. I have a nine of these projects that I have written so far. Just one does not work. Although I did have trouble and had to change the names on the worksheets. I'm not sure why.
Thanks,

The export can be sensitive to corrupt/damaged named ranges. I've not seen this specific symptom before, but it would be worth taking a look and seeing if there is anything obvious in the Excel Formulas->Name Manager section. Can you try changing the name of the workbook in the export so that it creates a new one. This will narrow it down to an Automator vs corrupted Excel workbook issue. Are you appending to existing data or overwriting? If you are overwriting, could you export to a newly created workbook each time and reference that new data from your 'master' workbook?------------------------------Steve CaielsProfessional ServiceDatawatch Corporation+44 203 868 0253-------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Message:Sent: 01-25-2019 11:07 AMFrom: Andy CopelandSubject: Row count exceeds maximum records (81) for this format. Okay, everything worked today. I created a new workbook at the suggestion of Mahmoud.
Thank you for your help,
