The warning is saying that the material block was created using a Contact Model that didn't have any custom properties such as Hertz-Mindlin (expected " ") however after the material block has been transferred into the simulation the physics model has been changed to JKR V2 which uses a Custom Property called "is attached".
This means the block essentially has no past history of the physics model that is currently been used in the simulation.
