Greatly appreciate the opportunity to submit a query.

Any advice on how I can take my Feko projectt & run an optimisation on the cloud would be appreciated.

Regards,

GS

Altair offers a cloud-hosted environment for running Feko. So I signed-up for a trial.

When I run my Feko model, an error occurs: 'Can never run (insufficient amount of CPUs)' even when I select just 1 CPU.

Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

What is the cloud login URL you used?

Could you attach the model files you submitted?

If the files are confidential, then best would be to log a support ticket by going here and clicking "Contact support"

    Thanks for stopping by.

Would appreciate your thoughts. Here's my reply:

'What is the cloud login URL you used?'

As part of the trial, I was logging in at https://hwul.altair.com

'Could you attach the model files you submitted?'

Files are the same ones I've been working on locally on laptop. They are not confidential or have any errors. Attaching one here.

    Best,

    Gaurav

As I tried to proceed from initial failure, I brought down the no. of CPUs from 16 to 1.

    But the error persisted.
