Error while running polymer extrude analysis

I'm trying to run a extrusion analysis but keep coming up with this error message after starting analysis " EW_BATCH Failed: can't read "::HX_PMW::comp_elem_size(Land_L1)": no such variable". I've tried following the tutorial videos. I've changed my tooling drawings to simple one layer tube extrusion but still getting the same error. Also tried following the tutorial video that was under Altair Polymer Extrude section but no luck .

Hello Darius,

Can you please upload the model you are trying to run? From the error message, it means that Inspire Extrude is not able to compute the element size of the component - Land. 

if you can upload your model then we can check it out.
