Automator process completes with no errors but does not provide expected output

Automator process is setup to extract data from PDF invoices and export them to an excel spreadsheet.  Was working fine but all of the sudden no data is returning on the excel export location.  Log files show it was successful with 32 records referenced.  Wondering if anyone has ran into this issue?
