Monarch Data Prep Studio not recognizing PDF scanned invoice
Hello,
When trying to create a workspace, it seems that Monarch's Data Prep Studio is unable to recognize the attached file. Could you please confirm if there is something I may be doing incorrectly? I've dropped the file into the start field as well as specify a PDF file but the trapping remains blank. Thank you.

Hi Tony,
Unfortunately Monarch doesn't work with scanned images. You'll have to either get a copy of the original digital invoice, or use an OCR tool to make the document readable.
