Why is one column of trapped data shifting down one row?

Trying to determine why one column of data (Total Invoice amount) is shifting down one row within my trapped output. I've attached some screenshots of how I setup my traps as well as the PDF file I'm trapping. Any additional information please let me know. I'm fairly new to the desktop tool. Thank you

It looks like your Inv Amt field is defined as an "Append" template but the data occurs below the "Detail" template. Try changing Inv Amt from Append to Group Footer.

Tony, I have attached two documents that was given to me when I started to use Monarch. It might help you out some. Also, if you use group footer there might be times you need to use a clearing template
