How to have multiple components in hypermesh?

Hi! I am not sure why but when I try to import my geometry from solidworks to optistruct it only shows as a single component geometry while in Ansys it shows as different parts. I want to know how can I have multiple components in optistruct? I am performing size optimization so I need to assign different properties and thickness to different parts of the model. I am attaching my geometry here hoping someone can guide me. Thanks!

    Hi,

    import geometry>solidworks>split components by>part (default is body)

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>import.jpg

    Try other formats and/or import options if the issue is not resolved.

    There are differences in available options as you are using version 13.0 and I'm using version 2019.1- upgrading to a newer version is suggested.

    I see the split component by body/part option is available at your end, but they are grayed out. This can be expected when importing a part (sldpart file), but not assembly (sldasm file).
