Automatic meshing: BatchMesher set Normals

Hello,

 

I am using HyperMesh 13.0, and I want to automesh a large number of CAD files which have minimal geometry deviations (thousands), containing only 2D surfaces.

 

BatchMesher works well for me in generating a 2D surface mesh and the mesh quality it generates is acceptable for my purpose. However I want it to flip the orientations of all surface normal vectors, and I can't find this option in the BatchMesher parameters. 

 

Is there another way to automatically flip all of these normals in the automatically generated meshes?

Hi

You can use a script to reverse surface normal.

But i suggest you reverse normal of elements after batchmesh, just use panel 'normals' in hypermesh to do it
