Preprocessing of model - Failed
Hey,
While doing the analysis in the Tool Defleciton, I encounter this error (TDB Batch Failed/Preprocessing of model - Failed) and the analysis stops.
It gives TDB_Batch_Failed error. Can you help?

Thank you very much for your feedback. When I add the .hmascii file that I obtained from the extrusion analysis, the analysis seems to be working but there is no progress. Do you know about the reason for this?

Is it possible to check if the attached file can be analyzed without any problems?

I performed the analysis of the attached file without any problems. When I start the analysis, it gets stuck as seen in the picture. Attached are the files you want. I can't understand where I went wrong.

2. TOOL_DEF_2A-Run03_results.zipI think it would be good to check in the order below for the contents to proceed.
1. Delete Scratch Files(You can contact the nearest Altair office for how to delete the scratch.)
2. Check if the computer name is only in English(with number is OK).
3. Check if the analysis execution path is only English(with number is OK).
4. Verify that the installation is success.I think it would be good to refer to the contents below and try it again for the installation method.

1. Download the installation file
The computer name and installation path must not contain special characters.
2. Quit the whole ALTAIR S/W
3. During integrated installation, install with administrator privileges.
※ For your reference, please be sure to inactive anti-virus program before installation.
When extracting the installation files, some files may be recognized as viruses.
