when a round profile model such as car wheel , bike wheel, have do a static analysis , hub or shaft center of wheel fixed. forces apply rim face but this forces are crossed does not perpendicular selected axis.
how to apply force in round , cylindrical part in face ?

Convert force in to pressure & apply on face.

You can create a cylindrical coordinate system and update forces to this coordinate system.
