On downloading the new 2021.1.1 Advanced Simsolid version, the Fatigue Analysis option is greyed out and inacccesible after having already run a static linear study...

I am running on Altair One iro my licence and under Licence Setting, the switch to Advanced Option is also greyed out

How do I get around this - the previous version worked fine and there was no issue accessing the Fatigue Analysis option

SimSolid fatigue is an advanced feature and it needs a separate feature that request more licenses (50Altair Units, i think).

If you have the feature and enough licenses, it would be available to you.

    Hey there Adriano,

Thanks for the reply and assistance - I'm currently following up with the Admin guys at Altair as my Altair One licence has more than enough allocated units, so it appears to be a licence setting issue on Altair One itself in our respect...

The current settings to Switch to Advanced or Always use Advanced are greyed out currently since the latest update...this was all available previously so it must be a new reconfiguration of accessibility.

    Cheers

    Clive

Hi Clive, you're correct. Your license was created before the SimSolid Advanced feature was created so you'll just need to get your license updated to include that feature. Should be easy, just contact you Account Manager and they can get you set up.

    Thanks for using the Community!
