How can I simulate a rotating load in a Dynamic frequency analisys?
There isnt any option to shift of 90 degree (sine harmonic) the load on the Y direction toward the X direction (cos harmonic) ......?

You need to have a harmonic frequency function as shown in the first picture below.
And, refer this function to the applied load or base excitation (as shown in the second picture below) which multiplies the load with the referenced function.
