How to get rid of fasteners in the post-processing view?

I just started using Altair Inspire V2019.4 and am having issues postprocessing. I am trying to display the stress of one part in the assembly but when I "Isolate" that part it isolates itself from the other parts but all of the fasteners I have created remain on the screen. When I "Suppress" the fasteners in the model browser the grey colored fastener goes away, but the contour plot of the fastener remains. Is there a way to get rid of the fasteners all together in the post-processing view so I can just see the one part on its own?

Can you turn them off in the browser?

Perhaps try turning the contour off, adjusting your parts visualization and then re-contour?

There is a known limitation turning off fasteners when you have multiple runs and/or mixed solvers. Basically our Analysis Explorer and Browser can become out of sync. A partial workaround for this may be to cycle through runs in the Analysis explorer and turn off the fastener for each run. We have a "Run Management" project coming next year that will take care of active model and results being different. Please let me know if this still does not help. We can setup a meeting to see your issue.

Hi Mark, thank you for your response. I am only analyzing one run at a time and have tried suppressing the fasteners a few different ways. I think that a meeting to discuss if this issue has a fix would be very helpful. Please send me an email at rachel.clark@collins.com.
