Correlation Between Analytical and FEA in buckling analysis

I tried correlating critical load - Analytical ( Euler's formula ) and FEA 1 D beam. But observed large deviation in fixed- fixed and Fixed - pinned condition. If correlation gap is closed , it would be helpful. Attached is my fixed-fixed condition fem file.
Critical load ( Analytical ) = (( pi * pi )* E* I ) /( Le * Le)
Specifications:
E= 180 GPa ;OD = 38 mm ; ID = 36 mm ; Length = 1762 mm

You use only ONE element in your FEA? Try with several elements? 5, 10, 15 ?
