Problems representing safety factor in Hyperworks
Hello,
I am analysing a multiscale material (polimer and fiber) part in hyperworks, the problem is that when i represent the results in hypermesh i can't see the safety factor. In the global output request i activate failure as you can see in the image but it doesn´t appear in the options of or result type in hypermesh. I have tried to activate cfailure and fos but doesn´t appear too.
Someone know how can i solve this doubt?
I let here the files that i am anlysing.

when you enable multiscale material, you would actually use the results computed by MDS and not the macro safety factor.
You will see a bunch of detailed results into your result file.

So i can´t plot the safety factor then? Or in what file can i see the results?

Once you go through the multiscale process, looking at the macroscale safety factor doesn't make sense, in my point of view.
With usage of multiscale technologies, you will have much more detailed data on the matrix and fiber failure, and so on. So i suggest you to take a look at the results written in your H3D file for the co-simulation combining OptiStruct and MDS.
Does it make sense to you?

Yes it makes sense to me, thanks you, but how can i watch this results i have a problem ploting them, I run all the analysis on MDS but when i click on HyperView to watch the results this happens...
As you can see i can´t watch the results of the analysis. And it is the same for the linear characterization. Do you know how can i solve this?

I have found a solution for the problem if i open the result in the Hyperview into the Hyperworks software it runs good, the problem is when i try to open it in Hyperview out of Hyperworks, really thanks you Adriano.
Another question about it is that sometimes i can see that i have in the results, fiber strain, matrix strain and macro strain, is macro strain the homogenized strain between the matrix and the fiber?
