Error creating new process on Inspire

Hi,
I'm using Altair Inspire for a university class. When i try to launch an analysis from the structure panel a window pop ups with the error: Error creating new process. I used a very simple model and i tried creating a new model too but the error still remains.
Looking on the online guide the error should be related to a lack of memory, but it does not seem the case, I have plenty of free disk memory and RAM too.

i too have the same error but have tried all the remedies such as disk memorry and re installataion and so on.
what should be the problem in my case
im using student version 2024.1

Hi,
I was able to do the simulation. I am using Inspire student version 2022.2. Can you restart the software and reassign the boundary conditions for your model and try to carry out simulation again? Or please uninstall the software and try to reinstall it so that the default settings will be restored which might help in getting rid of the error.
