Defining Surface for Contact, How to select all elements on a face ?

Hello Community, 

I am creating/defining a surface for contact.  I am having trouble selecting all the element on the face of my part (bolt) shown below. 

I can only select each element (shown in grey)

How do I select all the elements on this face ?

    Try select faces by "Nodes on face" => Click 3 nodes on this face => "By face"

    In newer versions there is also a very nice 'faces' selection inside the 'Contact Browser'.

    This makes these selections very easy. But, I know, most Abaqus users are very used to Contact Manager, still.
