I am checking element quality, in this case equia. skew. The elements failing my setting are shown in white. Is there a way to automatically repair all elements at once, or do I have to go through each one ?

Bad elements come from "bad" geometry (small surfaces,...). So if you well prepare your surface, you got better quality.
Manual correction is possible, but this is the latest solution.
