I installed the software on the Linux system. When I started the software, the following errors occurred and I could not normally enter the operation interface of the software. How to modify it?

This looks like a graphics (OpenGL) error, can you make sure the graphics drivers are up to date. Also what method are you using to connect to the machine for the graphics display?
There is a section in the EDEM help > Appendix regarding using EDEM on remote machines. You may want to install remote desktop program such as Turbo VNC or similar.
