Error in Monarch: blocked by Internet Explorer

I am using Monarch Classic 2020.  When I open a file, I receive the error: Content within this application coming from the website below is being blocked by Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.

about: security_DWMonarch.exe

What can I do to get rid of this error.  I can press OK and go on, but it comes up twice for every report I read in.

    Hi Kathy!

     

    I just checked with someone from our product team and he believes that your instance of Monarch may be installed on Windows Server. He suggests you edit the IESC server manager. You need to disable it for the correct user context.

     

    Does any of that make sense?

    Last update I have is that you can add security_DWMonarch.exe to trusted sites.

     

    Let me know if any of those work.
