As u can see in below screenshot , my model browser tab is blank . I Wanted to know how to get back the sessions, models panels which used to appear like before...........
hmm... That is strange. If you go to view and turn browsers off and back on do they show?

The Model which i have downloaded isn't opening and is showing a error as u can see. I Don't know wat it means really. Any solution to this?

The command.tcl file records the tcl commands for actions you do. So this doesn't seem to be a model problem but a working directory problem. Looks like your working directory is set to someplace you need permission to create files. I usually have my working directory set to my documents folder.
