CFD ANALYSIS OF AIRBLOWER
Good Morning,
I Have a Centrifugal Air blower Model, During the import of geometry I set the Units as M K S scale and I measured the model using measure tool and Found that my model in meters. Now I want to find the velocity at inlet and outlet on Atmospheric pressure when the impeller rotating at the speed of 16000 Rpm. Here How to assign the boundary conditions for this analysis.
After meshing, I set the flow Type as steady or Transient and assign the boundary condition as well MRF at 16000 rpm and convert it into Angular Velocity(m/s) by using the 2*π*N/60. Then How to apply the pressure ( in which units) which matches my current unit system. Also Let me know If any changes should be done in MRF value?

There is a dedicated tutorial for centrifugal blower in HWCFD documentation (ACU-T: 5000 Centrifugal Air Blower with Moving Reference Frame (Steady) (altair.com)).
The unit of pressure should be pascal (N/m²).
Your input in the reference frame should be 1675 rad/s (angular velocity) corresponding to 16,000 rpm.
