I am new to TCL. i would like to read a fe in the csv format. can anyone guide me.

    could you detail a little bit better what is your target?

    and share a few examples of your CSV file.

    It would be easier to import a dummy nastran format file, instead of creating a new reader specific for your file. But it is all doable.
