Hi, when i do 2D contact for ansys in Contact Manager the direction of it is on the outside, it should be opposite side. For 3D contact it is only normal to change, in 2D contact I cant do it because contact elements are 1D, how to do it?

From what I have understood, you want to change the contact normal direction, right?
Can you change the normal direction of the 2D elements before you make the contacts such that the normals of the components face each other (as shown in image)?
